Analysis of customer preferences and behavior is crucial for running successful marketing campaigns and providing valuable insights into the strategic planning of CRM at PAYBACK. Multiple Deep Learning tools have been developed to study customer experience through analysis of a large amount of data presented as an interaction history with business products. Here, we discuss a product-focused approach for the analysis of large amounts of customer-associated textual data using industrial NLP tools.
