As the manager of customer success at Minitab, Gillian is responsible for the teams which provide training, technical support, consultancy and deployment services in the EMEA region. Gillian ensures these teams have the skills, knowledge and resources to deliver market-leading support for Minitab customers.

Gillian also delivers training and consultancy to our customers, which she has done since joining Minitab in 2014. Gillian is passionate about coaching professionals of all backgrounds to make use of analytical tools to achieve business objectives.

According to Gillian, success is when customers contact her to share the results of their analyses. “My aim is to enthuse professionals on the opportunities to make a difference with analytics, and to remove the common fears people feel about applying mathematics and statistics.”

Gillian enjoys working with a diverse range of industries and customer backgrounds, and relishes interesting analytical challenges. An experienced presenter at many international Minitab events, Gillian enjoys showcasing how our analytics solutions help to solve modern problems.

Prior to joining Minitab, Gillian specialized in the development and application of predictive models for credit risk assessment. Gillian’s journey as an analytics professional began when the UK government’s Treasury offered her a position as a statistician after her degree – on the condition she completed a Masters Degree in Probability and Statistics. Gillian had chosen and enjoyed statistics modules at university, so she jumped at the chance – and has not looked back since.
