We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the conference venue for 185€ per night and per person (incl. WiFi, breakfast, VAT). The following conditions apply:

• The special rate is valid from three days before to three days after the conference
• Rate is including free high-speed WiFi and our spacious wellness, breakfast buffet and fitness area(mixed nude are from 16 years). It also includes the service and the current VAT. We reserve the right to adjust the rate in the case of a statutory change of VAT rate. You may be required to pay some additional taxes upon arrival at the hotel, depending on the local regulations in force. In case that new taxes or regulations are passed the rates may be subject to change without prior notice.
• The price for double occupancy is 32,00 € per room and day.
• Check-in from 3:00 pm. Check-out until noon.
• Late Check-out on request and availability until 2:00 pm possible free of charge.
• By departures between 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, 50 % of the agreed room rate will be charged. By departures after 6:00 pm 100% of the agreed room rate will be invoiced.
