Matteo Bonanomi studies the application of AI/ML techniques to industry to boost energy transition processes. Currently working for Edison, one of the most important Italian energy companies, leading a team of Data Scientists. The most relevant professional experience is related to time series forecasting applied to European energy and gas markets, optimization algorithms to solve energy efficiency problems in industrial facilities, anomaly detection and predictive maintenance from IoT data.
