Since outbound telephony is an effective but expensive channel in the lower sales funnel, auxmoney was facing the challenge to improve channel efficiency. This talk outlines their ongoing journey to steer sales calls according to the incremental gain in customer value they cause. Bettina and Jan cover the main stations of this journey and what they have learned along the way: from set up of an experimental design to uplift model development to, finally, an automated decision system in its current state.
