Moreover, the Claim Summarizer is Lufthansa’s blueprint of future LLM Ops. By implementing the Claim Summarizer, they have established robust LLM Ops processes that can be used in their new products and accelerate the time to market of new Gen AI innovation in the Lufthansa Group.
