Therefore, RTL developed a tool to help: SmartArt. SmartArt extracts a video’s metadata by using computer vision and S2T algorithms. As a result, they can solve different use cases, from finding aesthetic frames for thumbnails, over content moderation, to generating marketing material for promotion.
