Psychological AI refers to machine learning models that originate from or are attuned to human information processing. These powerful models are simple and transparent and have been shown to outperform more complex, data-intensive models in predictive accuracy. Over the last 1,5 years, we have been working with the Schufa to develop such a model and make the Schufa-score fully transparent – a global first in credit soring. This talk describes our journey.

The RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) has been applied in many financial applications and without a careful treatment, the RAG could not really bring value to professionals, such as portfolio managers and analysts. We would like to share our experience in how Franklin Templeton designed the architecture of the RAG system and which parts actually matter to its performance.
