Psychological AI refers to machine learning models that originate from or are attuned to human information processing. These powerful models are simple and transparent and have been shown to outperform more complex, data-intensive models in predictive accuracy. Over the last 1,5 years, we have been working with the Schufa to develop such a model and make the Schufa-score fully transparent – a global first in credit soring. This talk describes our journey.
