Bhaswati holds an M.Sc. in Cognitive Sciences. She began her career in Research and Development. As part of the researcher role she co-authored a publication as well. Later, she transitioned into product-focused roles. For the past 2.5 years, she has been with Springer Nature as a Product Manager. Her current role encompasses end-to-end management of a key marketing data product.
