Dr Nora Reich has been driving the use of data science solutions at KfW Bankengruppe’s customer interfaces (domestic) since 2018. Current machine learning projects include email classification and routing, fraud detection, forecasting and text mining. Dr Nora Reich has extensive expertise in the use of analytical methods as a basis for data-driven business solutions and decisions, including previous positions at DHL Paket GmbH and the management consultancy mm customer strategy.
