Michael Bruns is a partner in PwC’s Operations team and is leading the Smart Factory transformation practice. He has more than 19 years of experience in technology and operations consulting with a strong focus on shop floor solutions and has led multiple, international smart factory transformations. Currently he is responsible for the global Smart Factory transformation of a leading automotive supplier and the development of their Digital Manufacturing Platform.
