Bio:

Richard holds a BSc and an MSc in Economics, and a PhD in Epidemiology from Dalhousie University. As a Data Scientist and Epidemiologist, he is specialized in machine learning and forecasting. Richard has more than 25 years of experience in public and private sectors. As Director of advanced analytics, he has a keen interest in using AI to improve the planning, performance and quality of care in the health sector.
