Bio:

Steffen Kühne works as Tech Lead for the AI + Automation Lab at Bayerischer Rundfunk. The focus of his work is the automation of editorial processes and the development of tools that support journalists in their daily work. As a data journalist and interactive developer, he specialised in data analysis, visualisation and storytelling. After studying journalism and computer science, he worked for the news lab at Süddeutsche Zeitung.
