Bio:

Computer scientist by training, data scientist by practice, query tuner by spirit, Thomas’ current position is Data Evangelist at Swiss Mobiliar. When he is not in his office trying to get the most out of databases, he is somewhere lecturing on database optimization or on machine learning techniques. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from ETH Zurich and has been presenting at conferences worldwide like IBM Think, Oracle Open World, ISACA CACS, HPE discover, IDUG, IBM TechXchange.
