Audiences

Do you feel the pains? You are an …

  • AI leader who is frustrated because the management tells you, “Do something with agentic AI.”
  • AI engineer who is tasked with implementing multi-agent systems but aren’t getting requirements from the business units.
  • Business manager who is disillusioned because you don’t see any improvement in your KPIs from AI.
  • Project manager who must watch as different departments throw PowerPoint presentations “over the fences”.
  • Product managers who are told by project stakeholders that they don’t have time for collaboration.

Goals

This one-day, interactive, and hands-on masterclass  is perfect for you if you want to …

  • Build viable, desired, feasible, and responsible AI applications.
  • Start with business strategy, move quickly to user-centric agentic AI solutions, and end with a reliable multi-agent system.
  • Co-create multi-agent strategies and systems in interdisciplinary teams combining design, systems and visual thinking with collaborative AI.

Content

You will learn using practical examples of how to

  1. Analyze the business model and strategy of an exemplary company.
  2. Identify its core processes that are critical for the business.
  3. Evaluate the potential ROI for automating those processes with AI.
  4. Score business opportunities according to economic viability, user desirability, technical feasibility and legal/ethical responsibility.
  5. Prioritize the next-best use case to implement as multi-agent system.
  6. Define the human and AI agents as well as their interactions i.e., the information flow and workflow.
  7. Detect and mitigate risks concerned with data privacy, IT security, legal requirements etc.

You’ll get hands-on experience with tools and techniques for understanding stakeholders, architecting AI workflows, assessing AI maturity, planning AI roadmaps, and defining guardrails.

Testimonials

“Participating in the Datentreiber’s Data Thinking certification was a successful investment in my professional skills as a Data Scientist. With the help of the training, I can align my daily work more closely with the business model, objectives, the users, and the data landscape at Axel Springer. Furthermore, I have learned the tools to identify new analytical use cases from a user perspective and examine them for their business viability.”

Justin Neumann, Data Scientist, Axel Springer SE

“I really enjoyed the Data Business seminar. Martin is very friendly and also very competent. I especially liked the good mix of content and application examples. It met my expectations, that’s why I find the seminar recommendable.”

– Irmen Rebai, Senior Manager Digital Transformation, EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG

“As a keynote speaker on the topic of Data Science, Martin Szugat was able to bring strong impulses into the organisation within the framework of “Data Thinking” and has thus brought the topic of data strongly to the fore within the framework of the digital transformation at Roche. Furthermore, Martin successfully supports us in the development of an overarching data strategy in Roche Diagnostics GmbH through the moderation of workshops, which exhibits the company in a future-oriented way. Martin will continue to accompany us on this path.”

– Nadja Schaefer, Digital Transformation Manager at Roche Diagnostics GmbH
