Julia Zukrigl is a data scientist who failed in many a data project because of poor communication with decision-makers. That was, until she remembered her past, as a behavioural scientist. She applied her knowledge of human decision-making and information behaviour to the world of data, linked it to communication best-practices and packed it into a method case. From then on, her data projects took off. Today, she shares this data storytelling approach as a host and trainer in the DATA story LAB.
